Open Drawing Group with a Live Model

$10 donation per class
Artists of all skill levels are invited to sketch from a live model without an instructor. This group is perfect for those looking for a creative outlet or to hone their drawing skills! Please call the CAA before attending.
Drawing Techniques with Amy Cannon
Tuesday Evenings
7 - Weeks, September 29 - November 10
7:00 - 9:00pm
$105 for Members / $110 for Non-members
This 8 week course will provide a range of techniques for both seeing and drawing through a variety of exercises and studies. Students will be encouraged to push their limits in exploring their own creative interpretations of three dimensional forms. Open to all levels of skill. You will need a sketch pad, a variety of pencils, a kneaded eraser and charcoal.

Plein Air Oil Painting with Mary Nolan

6 - Weeks, September 2 - October 21

$125 for Members / $130 for Non-members
No class held September 16th or 23rd
Open to all levels of skill, this class is taught onsite with the location changing each week. Students are given the opportunity to learn the techniques of oil painting while working from life.

This 8 week class will focus on learning to capture light through watercolors by working from still lives to understand light and form.

This 8 - week class will focus on interpreting landscapes from photographs and concentrate on developing space & mood in landscapes.
